The LIC Housing Finance Limited has announced the LIC HFL Junior Assistant Exam Date 2026 along with the official recruitment notification. The online examination for Junior Assistant posts is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in the first week of June 2026. The selection process for LIC Housing Finance Limited Recruitment is designed to assess both the candidates’ subject knowledge and their overall suitability. It is carried out in two distinct phases.

The LIC HFL exam consists of an online objective test comprising 200 questions for a total of 200 marks, to be completed within 120 minutes. It is divided into five sections: English, Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge, each carrying 40 questions.

Age Limit

Selection Process

1. Online Written Examination / CBT: Objective MCQ test covering relevant subjects, general awareness, reasoning and aptitude.
2. Skill Test / Interview: Wherever applicable for shortlisted candidates.
3. Document Verification: Original certificate verification at the final stage.
4. Medical Examination: For posts that require medical fitness.

Salary / Vetan

Selected candidates will be paid as per the official pay scale. Rs. 20,000/- per month plus DA, HRA, TA and other admissible allowances. Government job benefits include PF, gratuity, NPS pension, medical facility, LTC and job security.
