The first step in smart preparation for the IBPS RRB 2026 exam is to have a clear understanding of the IBPS RRB Syllabus 2026 and its exam pattern. A composite time of 45 minutes is provided to candidates to complete two sections, namely Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Candidates must clear the cut-off of each section . The cut-off for each section is decided by the IBPS team, depending on the level of difficulty of the paper.

Age Limit
Age limit: See official notification. Age relaxation is available as per Government of India / State Government rules — OBC (NCL) +3 years, SC/ST +5 years, PwBD +10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per applicable rules.

- Online Written Examination / CBT: Objective MCQ test covering relevant subjects, general awareness, reasoning and aptitude.

Salary / Vetan
