Recruitment Details

The State Bank of India is likely to announce the SBI CBO Result 2026 for the Online exam held on 14th March 2026. It has been more than 2 months since the exam was conducted and the result is expected anytime now.

The exam was conducted for 2273 Circle Based Officer vacancies, and those who qualify in the online exam will be called for the interview stage and Language Proficiency Test which is also a mandatory stage. Know more about the CBO Result here.

The Circle Based Officer Result will be released in PDF format, containing the roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates. The PDF will be uploaded by SBI on its official website at www.sbi.co.in/careers, where candidates can check their qualifying status.

However, the cut-off and score card will be released after the Interview. The final selection will be decided based on the online exam and Interview marks.

Age Limit

Age limit: See official notification. Age relaxation is available as per Government of India / State Government rules — OBC (NCL) +3 years, SC/ST +5 years, PwBD +10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per applicable rules.

Selection Process

1. Online Written Examination / CBT: Objective MCQ test covering relevant subjects, general awareness, reasoning and aptitude.
2. Skill Test / Interview: Wherever applicable for shortlisted candidates.
3. Document Verification: Original certificate verification at the final stage.
4. Medical Examination: For posts that require medical fitness.

Salary / Vetan

Selected candidates will be paid as per the official pay scale. As per 7th Pay Commission / pay matrix plus DA, HRA, TA and other admissible allowances. Government job benefits include PF, gratuity, NPS pension, medical facility, LTC and job security.
